JOB SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility
equipment. Able to fill in for Supervisor when necessary.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Perform intermediate maintenance duties and responsibilities in an industrial agricultural environment
• Communicate repair work in progress with manager or supervisor, as directed
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to supervisor and
manager
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders as required
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform intermediate electrical, plumbing maintenance and construction functions
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Train staff
• Flexibility to assist other departments when needed
• Operate mobile equipment
• Conduct yourself with high level integrity, adhering to Company standards and values
• Promote a safe work environment, upholding company safety policies and procedures
• Promote an offer idea to improve efficiency of crew and process

production machines

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• High school diploma/GED or one year of maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education
and experience.
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, VFD, PLC, construction experience preferred
• Two years of experience performing skilled or semi-skilled maintenance duties preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must be 18+ years old
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math proficiently
• Ability to read and basic writing in English
• Able to operate mobile equipment
• Detailed and safety oriented
• Self-motivated

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
• Work long hours as needed. Including weekends and holidays.
• Continuously walk, stand, squat, kneel (and remain working below knee-level) as well as reaching overhead,
from heights and from side to side for long periods of time.
• Work indoors and outdoors, in seasonal temperatures and conditions
• Lift up to 50 pounds in an environment that is often hot.
