JOB SUMMARY: The Production Lead is responsible for making sure team has all materials needed to complete daily worklist safely. Production Lead assists and supports department supervisor with conducting daily operations. Up to $17/Hr DOE


  • Familiar with department task, leads and works alongside crew to ensure proper execution of daily worklist.
  • Communicates daily team task instructions and day-to-day operational guidance.
  • Works closely with supervisors to train crews in daily tasks.
  • Able to operate all tools needed to perform the job.
  • Works in other departments when season requires help elsewhere.
  • Understands department direction.
  • Promotes safety.
  • Participates on department continues improvement and 6S initiatives.
  • Conducts self with high-level integrity, adhering to company standards and values.
  • Enforces attendance policy
  • Accountable for retention metrics.

  • Work indoors and outdoors, in seasonal temperatures and conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuous walk, stand, bend kneel; reach overhead and from side to side for long periods.
